Hire some qualified people at DHHS.

Hire an Administrative Hearing Officer that actually "hears" both sides of a case so that the same case isnt appealed 4 times. Stop siding with people that just dont want to work. Stop making excuses for the people that think welfare is a way of life so they can continue to live that way

        It's not the Hearing Officers, it's the guidelines they are required to follow by LAW. Nobody at DHHS makes any personal judgments about these matters.
