To promote better education, get rid of tenure for public school teachers. The union is the demise of a good education.
Teachers Unions are the demise of public education. When a teacher makes it through the first two years, they are now tenured. This allows the bad teachers to keep their jobs. This isn't fair to the hard working good teachers that many districts have. The union fights for every problem that arises with teachers. Many disputes are not wanting to do their job as per their contract. The right thing to do is get rid of unions and put that money back in teachers pockets.

Also teachers have a minimum wage that is higher than ordinary minimum wage. Plus we pay back their student loans for them. Education will cost less when teachers start with lower salaries and we eliminate most administration.
