Air Condition
All state buildings should not be using Air Conditions in all their buildings. This is very expensive and drives up cost.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. That’s like saying the state employees shouldn't have heat in the winter. The government can save money by teaching people to work that can. The people who need the programs deserve them but you have those people who collect welfare and are at the bar every weekend. As a tax payer I can not even think about affording a night out with friends, my kids or any other reason. There needs to be more education and less excuses. How is it said again, “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime”
