Time change. Daylight savings etc.

Get rid of Daylight savings, "spring forward" , "fall backward' etc. Adopt Atlantic time, and keep it there. The clock changing every fall and spring is extremely annoying and stupid. No one likes it, yet we all put up with it. Why? Be done with it. Eliminate it now.

Change it to Atlantic Time or Eastern Standard, but eliminate changing it to daylight savings every year. A study published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Sept. 2009, Vol. 94 by C. M. Barnes and D.T. Wagner shows that changing to daylight saving time cuts into sleep and increases workplace injuries. The U.S. Dept. of Transportation (DOT) concluded in 1975 that DST might reduce the country's electricity usage by 1% during March and April,[13] but the National Bureau of Standards (NBS) reviewed the DOT study in 1976 and found no significant savings.[72] Convenient Stores are open 24 hours a day, paper mills and other manufacturing plants are operating 24 hours, 7 days a week. There isn’t any logical reason to implement daylight savings time. And for the people who complain that it will disrupt their TV viewing schedule, either buy a cheap recording device to record your program or better yet, get a life.
